On November 28, 2019, the fifth meeting of the seventh session of the National Nondestructive Testing Standardization Technical Committee (2019 Annual Meeting) was held in Jining, Shandong Province. The meeting was hosted by Shanghai Institute of Materials and co-organized by Shandong Ruixiang Mould Co., LTD.

The meeting was presided over by Shen Gongtian, vice president of China Special Equipment Testing and Research Institute and chairman of the standard Committee. Chairman and General manager Wei Zhongrui gave a welcome speech, and Secretary General Ding Jie made a report of "SAC/TC562019 Annual Work Summary and 2020 work Plan". And carried out academic exchanges, five top experts in the industry respectively on the construction of testing institutions, special equipment, weapons industry, aerospace, power grid industry non-destructive testing made a special report, in-depth discussion of the industry development status and prospects. Finally, the award session, chairman and general manager Wei Zhongrui and other 13 members won the 2019 Standard Committee outstanding member award.
